Hubby (Paul) and I like to fix, flip, and rent houses on the side, just for… fun? ;-p
We’re currently working on our 3rd live-in project – a Victorian Era 4-plex in Denver, built in 1908. So, most of my “free” time is spent doing things like: changing light fixtures, picking paint samples, replacing flooring, researching “how do I fix 115-year-old crumbling brickwork?”, and helping manage the tenants renting out other units on our properties.
